Position Name: Marketing associate
Objective: In charge of selling SEDPI products and services; administering customer surveys; crafting sales reports and after sales customer care.
Area: Home-based (online post) preferably based in Metro Manila or General Santos City
Status: Full time
SEDPI is the premiere capacity building institution providing training, research and consulting services in the areas of microfinance, social entrepreneurship and financial literacy in the Philippines. Established in 2004, SEDPI worked in 31 countries worldwide and trained more than 35,000 individuals.
Vince Rapisura, SEDPI founder, is one of the finalists of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2012. He also received recognition from PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 2015; National Confederation of Cooperatives in 2017; and Ateneo de Manila University in 2019.
SEDPI is currently expanding its operations and targets to boost sales of its books; online courses; and live training events in the Philippines and in key cities abroad with large concentration of Overseas Filipinos.
Responsibilities:
- Online selling of SEDPI products and services using email marketing, Facebook automated messenger and various internet-based text messaging service such as Whatsapp, Viber etc.
- Collate customer survey
- Coordinate with distributors. Consignees and training organizers
- Regularly craft sales reports
- Access to internet connection
Qualifications:
- At least senior high school graduate
- Confident in carrying out conversations
- Fluency in English is a plus
- Previous work experience in customer service or sales a plus
- Willing to work in shifts
