    2. Pag-IBIG MP2
      • Paborito ko rin. Pero tandaan, kapag nag-pre-terminate ka, kalahati ng dividends ang mawawala.
      • Kung gusto mo ng guaranteed na halos walang bawas, baka mas okay munang dagdagan ang SSS booster.
    3. Rental Property
      • Magandang income source pag malapit ka nang mag-retire.

      • Habang mababa pa ang market, magandang timing.

    Company Match Schemes: Halimbawa sa SEDPI

    Sa SEDPI, kung nagse-save ka ng 10% ng sahod mo, tinatapatan namin ng 5%. Kung ayaw mong mag-save? Wala kang match. Walang salary loan din—kung may emergency, wini-withdraw mo ’yung sariling ipon mo, hindi ka uutang.
