So, dahil ang sinabi ko ang rule ay dapat ang loan ginagamit for productive purposes, then this might just be a good idea.

So here are my guidelines.

First, you have to make sure that you have higher and consistent returns from the investment compared to the interest that you will pay for the loan. This makes sense because kailangan talagang mas malaki ang kinikita mo sa investment para may pambayad ka sa utang, tama?

I also require that you should at least have three years of experience in the investment that you want to use the loan for. Why? Because I want you to have the necessary knowledge and skills to manage the investment.

And lastly, you should be able to match the term of the investment with the term of the loan.

For example, ang pagbabayad mo sa loan ay monthly, so dapat ang investment payout ay kaya din magbigay for the monthly amortization of the loan. That’s the ideal. With these tips, I hope that you would be able to more responsibly use loans for investing.
